Our Business Model
Red’s Place is a 501(c)3 corporation, and we have 3 guiding principles for operations:
- Each Red’s Place will open free and clear of debt. No exceptions.
- All funds from operations go directly back into Red’s Place to keep the cost to the resident as low as
possible. - Remaining funds available, after all costs are covered, will go toward building the next Red’s Place
location.
What We Offer
Job Skills Training
More than 5500 sq. ft of dedicated space for an adult learning center develops independent living and job skills for residents and members of the neurodiverse community.
At Red’s Place, it is about more than just skills and training. It’s about building self-confidence and a strong sense of self.
Supportive Independent Living
Red’s Place was created to shift the narrative away from a static lifestyle to a vibrant, individualized approach to supportive living.
Red’s Place is an extension of the family.
Dedicated Independence Coach
Each resident has a personal coach that knows all aspects of that adult’s life and helps facilitate personal growth and independence.
Daily check-ins ensure safety, wellbeing, and a high quality of life for each resident.
Community Resource Hub
With large community and dining spaces, Red’s Place draws the local community in for meals, shopping, and activities.
We seek out opportunities to engage in the local community through partnerships, job placements, and purpose-driven events.
