WHat We Need
Our Financial Goal is to raise $100 Million
It costs about $20 million to build a Red’s Place community.
- $15 Million – Building Costs
- $1 Million – Lease-Up Costs
- $4 Million – Housing Endowment Fund
This will allow us to build and open our first 5 Red’s Place communities.
Our mission and our vision set us on the course to create a fundamental impact in the lives of adults with ASD and their families by rethinking how
housing can look and feel. The need is great and so, too, is our ambition to create Red’s Place.
